The 2008 AFL Draft is fast approaching and is the next big focus for footy fans in preparation for the 2009 season. Supporters of the straggling sides - this is your month to shine, as your teams will get first crack at a bunch of promising rookies ripe for the picking.
So here at DieHardFooty - November is Draft Month! Kicking off on November 1, we will be providing a new player profile each day to keep you up to date on the next big names in AFL football that you’ll likely be cheering for and against for years to come.

Maybe one of the WA teams has on purpose kept his name quite. Essendon did that a few years ago (Hille I think).

I was wondering about Clancee Pearce the young guy who for WA was name their best player in the U18 this year. He doesn’t seem to be getting a mention and I think is is worthy of one.
