2008 AFL Draft - Our Phantom Draft
As hard as a Phantom Draft is to come up with - we’ve decided to take the splinters out, get off the fence and put our necks on the line with an attempt of our own. Before someone takes a swipe at us for Fremantle’s apparent debacle at number 3 - this is the strong word around so we’ve gone with it. Otherwise we would have been sure they would take Rich. Then again, it is Freo, so who knows what will happen.

Brisbane Lions Pull Out of the Running for Ben Cousins
Ben Cousins final lifeline for a return to the AFL seems to be all but over after the Brisbane Lions withdrew their interest in the former Brownlow Medallist following a meeting in Melbourne on Friday.
